Trip Details

This fabulous circular trail located in Algonquin Park impresses with its diverse landscape. The hike leads through forests, secluded waterfalls and Rutter Lake that was formed due to beaver dams. From this point, the trail continues ascending until you reach a series of lookouts portraying spectacular views from the ridges, the White Fish Lake and the Lake of Two Rivers. This is the perfect time to enjoy the tranquility of nature, pure air and amazing views. We'll return through the same path to the parking lot and we'll head towards the Lake of Two Rivers to cool off in the water and enjoy lunch/snack. During our return to Toronto we will stop at the stunning Ragged Falls located near the Algonquin Park Border. This powerful cascade is voted one of the 10 best waterfalls of Ontario. The day trip ends with a short hike along the Trans Canada Trail in Bracebridge. This easy 1 km loop trail portraits five beautiful waterfalls formed by the Muskoka river. As we move through the forest you'll discover a true hidden gem: Potts Falls! Cross the bridge and admire the waterfalls from a different perspective; a beautiful spot for perfect pictures.
